Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All items that are hand crafted and or customized are not eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.

We do not accept international returns. All fees for international returns are the responsibility of the customer, if an exception is made for return.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
