Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping and handling. Range of actual delivery time will be updated through carrier.

This timeframe does not include orders listed as pre-order or presale.

 

*We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, we are not liable for insufficient address reshipments. If package states as returned due to insufficient address customer is liable for a reshipment fee*

International Orders

Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping and handling. Please note actual delivery date varies by destination and your countries custom regulation/policies. Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. We are not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

*We do not offer refunds for the return of a package due to unpaid custom fees*

Lost or Misplaced Orders

Please note we are not liable for any packages lost or misplaced in transit by carrier. Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by carrier, we are not held accountable for the events that take place after. Please contact shipping carrier to initiate a missing mail search request.

Preorders

When you order an item that is listed as "pre-order" it signifies the product is not yet in actual stock. Date of actual product arrival varies and it can take longer for some items to process. For all items in this category we kindly ask that you give us an additional period of 6-11 weeks for your item to ship out otherwise specified under actual item description. A tracking link will be issued via email once item has been shipped out. 

Multiple Items Ordered

Our fulfillment varies. Please note that some items may arrive in separate packages due to fulfillment location and or item measurement. If you have received some of the items you ordered and not others, please know that they are not lost or forgotten. All orders processed will be shipped out.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
