Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship all over the world :)

To keep shipping costs as low as possible it may take 1 - 3+ weeks to receive your order for shipping outside of the US.

International shipping rates are determined by size and weight of the package.

Can I get faster shipping?

Yes! I would love to get your order shipped to you faster if needed.

While I do not currently have those shipping options set up to select, you can contact me (https://www.makeupmadhouse.com/contact)before placing your order and we will get faster shipping set up!

I will get back to you as soon as possible via email.

If you have already placed your order and then decide you need faster shipping, I may still be able to help. If I have not printed your shipping label yet and I hear from you before then we can get it sorted to arrive sooner.

There will be an additional charge for the expedited shipping.

I appreciate that you're interested in creating together and I fully understand wanting to feel confident about your decision to invest in yourself.

A deposit acts as more than just a financial transaction, but as a mutual agreement that benefits both parties. They help facilitate a smoother, more organized creative process.

Why you may ask?

It demonstrates the clients commitment to the project and respect for the artists time. I am then able to dedicate the proper time and resources in planning knowing that the client is serious about moving forward.

The planning and preparation process takes significant time and effort. From communication in scheduling, sketching ideas, researching and gathering materials down to the actual shoot date. A deposit ensures the initial planning phase is compensated.

It is also a standard practice to establish a professional working relationship and shares mutual respect for each other's time and commitment.

Lastly, it acts as security for both parties and sets clear expectations!
