"Be Still" Original Painting

After a recent car accident one theme I have found appear frequently is the importance of finding stillness. In the often busy lives we live, allowing for moments to slow down creates time and space that our mind and bodies need. This painting is a representation of those thoughts and may serve as a reminder to practice gifting yourself stillness from time to time.
